The best part is the service. I asked for a broken pump to be replaced, and they sent me 2 free of charge. and I said different in size, so they sent them again. They were very fast and perfect! Of course, shampoo dispensers are plastic, but they are weighty like glass and very strong and sturdy. They are luxurious. I love it♥

I wanted matching bottles in the shower to replace the hodgepodge of random bottles. These are a heavy duty plastic so won’t fall over and break. The pumps also don’t have any problem pumping my thick shampoo.

Love these refillable bottles. I also bought the hand and dish soap ones as well. When I ordered the shampoo set it came with the wrong labels and when I contacted them, they were so helpful and responsive. They sent me the correct labels asap. They made the process so smooth.
