Shipping and Delivery
What are your shipping options?
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $35, with options to upgrade to priority shipping. Standard ground usually takes 3-5 business days, while priority shipping takes 2 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent in a separate email. If you do not receive a tracking number through a separate email, your order is still in process and has not yet been shipped. Please allow up to 3-4 business days to receive your tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping and only ship within the USA. Is there a country you want to add to our list? Please email us at support@maisonovo.com
What if I put the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately, we will be able to make any changes as long as your order isn’t already shipped.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all unused products within 30 days of your purchase date.
Any international orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. Any products marked FINAL SALE will also not be eligible for returns.
For any purchases made on Amazon.com, please go through the return process directly from Amazon LLC.
How do I start a return?

Do you cover return shipping?
For domestic orders within the US, returns are free within 30 days.
When and how will I get my refund?
Your refund should be posted on your credit card within 7 days after we’ve processed your refund.

What do I do if my promo code expires?

Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I install my wall mounted soap dispensers?
Our wall mount soap dispensers are drill free and come with adhesive.
How do I get replacement adhesive for my wall mounted soap dispenser?
If you need additional adhesive, please email us at support@maisonovo.com and we will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
Why is soap not coming out of my new soap dispenser?
Fill the bottle with the liquid of your choice and secure the nozzle. Twist the nozzle tip to unlock and pump the trigger until the liquid dispenses.
Are your products BPA-free?
Yes, all our products are free of BPA!
Can I use your glass dispensers in the shower?
Though it is possible to use our glass dispensers in the shower, we recommend using our plastic soap dispensers to ensure maximum safety.
Are your soap dispensers dishwasher-safe?
We recommend gently wiping each dispenser down with warm water and soap. Please visit the product description page to view care instructions.
What types of soaps work with your foaming dispensers?
Our foaming soap dispensers work with soap tablets, foaming liquid soaps, and diluted gel soaps. For the maximum foaming experience, we recommend pairing our foamers with our natural soap tablets.
What to do if my concrete tray is discolored or stained?
Due to the handmade nature of our trays, there may be slight variations in colors when wet. To remove any light stains, we recommend soaking the tray in some water and scrubbing gently with soap and let it dry completely.
