Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receive and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- The item should have its original tags attached.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To begin the return process:
- Contact our customer service team at support@maisonovo.com.
- Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back the item.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Important Note
Please ensure you request a return before sending the item back to us. We will not accept items that are returned without a prior return request. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
